Puzzling from A to Z – T is for Tea!

As some of you may know in order to puzzle or write I need about a gallon of hot tea with milk each day. So today this puzzle, a Mini-Quote is dedicated to my favorite beverage.

To solve fill in the answers to the clues and then transfer all the letters over to the corresponding numbered spots in the grid to discover a strong belief of mine.

    Popgoes is the perfect name. If you had named the cat Mulberry Bush, this would call for a You Tube video.
